Daniela Doru-Rusu

Daniela Doru, Trainer Certificat CNVC

Daniela loves supporting people in discovering themselves, moving beyond

the chaos of the mind through the wisdom of the heart.

She has been a mother since 2010, and her two boys have been her greatest teachers. Through the beautiful

challenges of raising children, they have refined many of her limiting beliefs and

led her to discover Nonviolent Communication. Thanks to them, she found herself looking for something deeper

– a way to honour both the naturalness and transparency of children and her own need for connection,

growth and harmony.

She has been working in education for 10 years, and for the last 4 years as a coach for teenagers in school. Through

the NVC lens, she has learned to see that young people are not problems to be fixed, but human beings with

deep needs who are trying to express themselves in the only ways they know.

Her life is infinitely more meaningful because, when she discovered Nonviolent

Communication, she was finally able to put into words what she had always felt about

the humanity within us, and how it is the essence of who we are. NVC gave her the language to

understand that every human action, however it appears on the surface, is rooted in an

attempt to meet a need.

NVC dissolved her images of the “critic” – not only of others, but also of herself. She stopped seeing

mistakes as proof of inadequacy and began to see them as expressions of unmet needs.

By connecting with her needs, she began to rewrite the story of her life. Experiences that once

seemed like wounds became sources of wisdom. She learned to listen to her heart with attention and dedication,

choosing to learn with the heart in order to educate and cultivate the mind.

She is a human being who loves life and all its experiences: joy and pain,

ease and struggle. She has come to understand that a meaningful life is not one without pain, but one in

which we meet everything with presence, compassion and an open heart.

Her deep aspiration is to contribute to an awareness of a life worth living to the full.

She wants to help people discover the state of inner peace and harmony that comes from

authentic connection with our needs. Her belief is that when we learn to

connect with our own needs and those of others, we touch something sacred – a recognition of

our shared humanity that brings us to a place of peace and acceptance.

She wishes to support people in discovering the peace and harmony that come from authentic

connection with their needs. She works in education with parents, teachers and young people. She facilitates

NVC workshops and trainings for anyone seeking meaningful relationships and inner

discovery. Through experiential practices and vulnerable presence, she creates contexts in which people

discover themselves and learn that authentic heart connection creates lasting transformation in all

areas of life.
