Come and discover the NVC Process and the NVC Study Group
A new Nonviolent Communication Study Group starts on 4 November: 14 weekly meetings in which you move from theory to practice in your real life. Before the start, I invite you on Wednesday, 28 October, from 19:00, to a free introductory meeting where I present the NVC process – observations, feelings, needs and requests – and how we use it to connect with ourselves and with others. Then I'll tell you how the study group works, who it suits and how you can sign up. There will also be time for questions. Participation is free, in person or online.
- You understand the steps of the NVC process: observations, feelings, needs and requests
- You experience what NVC looks like when applied to situations in your life
- You find out concretely how the study group works and whether it suits you
