Lidia Badea
Lidia loves people. She is a giver. She gives in her own way – she gives differently!
She gives from her experience and knowledge as a person, wife, mother, daughter, coach and collaborator on educational projects. With 21 years of experience at the General Delegation of Wallonia-Brussels in Bucharest – Embassy of Belgium, she coordinated projects and facilitated exchanges of good practice in a variety of fields. In an international and multilingual context, she interacted with many nationalities. Working with different cultures confirmed to her that, regardless of race and origin, people share the same needs and feelings.
As a collaborator of the Federation of Non-Governmental Organisations for Children and coordinator of the programme “Effective Parents, Happy Children!”, she contributed to improving relationships between parents and children and to supporting teachers and experts involved in education.
In 2022 she discovered Nonviolent Communication, during her daughter's adolescence. Out of a need to explore, she continued learning by attending courses and trainings, and became a facilitator. She creates contexts for learning and exploring NVC, offering practical and useful tools in workshops organised with children and parents, teenagers and adults.
Connecting with human nature inspires her every day, and she explores the laws of human nature by taking part in various trainings in coaching, communication, behavioural analysis and morphopsychology.
