Manuela Murariu

Manuela is one of the founding members of Babel School in Timișoara, a school set up by parents and teachers in 2016, where she works as a foreign languages teacher and coordinator of the lower secondary level. From the very beginning, NVC has been part of the school community as a tool for supporting relationships, belonging and learning. The number of students and parents grew rapidly, from 19 students in 2016 to 435 students in 2025. 

Her passion is constantly finding ways in which NVC concepts and processes can improve the well-being and engagement of both students and those who care for them within the school community.
