Raluca Ungureanu

Raluca is a facilitator and dedicated practitioner of Nonviolent Communication. She is oriented towards a life of meaning, authenticity and connection, and in her work she creates spaces where people can turn inwards, discover their personal values and orient their lives by them, beyond society's expectations and pressures.

Curiosity has always been the thread guiding her path: from the years spent in pastry, baking and chocolate-making to training as a tea sommelier in teas from various cultures of the world. Searching for the meaning of life and observing what truly helps people come closer to their own power, Raluca gradually arrived at feminine cyclicity, Nonviolent Communication and an approach that centres on already existing inner resources, the wisdom learned from life experiences and the courage to ask for support – cultivating transformation through interdependence and conscious partnerships.

Significant past experiences, burnout and periods of disconnection from her own body led her to a deep process of transformation. In recent years, she has dedicated her time to healing, to the constant practice of NVC and to returning to a gentler rhythm. Living in a quiet village in the Netherlands, surrounded by nature, she nourishes her reconnection with the natural rhythms of life every day.

Raluca facilitates workshops dedicated to feminine cyclicity and the language of needs, supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, natural rhythms and inner wisdom. Since 2024 she has been involved in the international NVC certification process and contributes to community initiatives. Closely supported by her partner, with whom she explores the relationship as a space for learning and conscious collaboration, she aims to bring presence, gentleness and compassion into interactions, encouraging a life lived in depth and authenticity.
