Ștefana Forgaciu

Committed to a life lived with meaning and contribution, Ștefana creates spaces for transformation, education and learning for both adults and children. An internationally certified trainer CNVC since 2025, an ANC-accredited trainer and a camp and outdoor programme instructor since 2012, she uses experiential learning and non-formal education as the main paths to (self-)knowledge and growth.

The experience she has gained in numerous study programmes and international trainings, together with her coaching training at the Kutschera Institute in Vienna, supports her in being creative, empathic and attentive to the needs of the people she works with.

Ștefana became fascinated by the NVC approach, which she discovered in 2019 and which has brought significant benefits both to her relationship with herself and with those around her. Since then, she has been continually exploring ways of expressing herself with honesty, openness and kindness.

Ștefana is active both in the local community in Cluj and in national and international contexts dedicated to Nonviolent Communication. She is closely connected with the global NVC community, and in 2025 she took part for the first time as a support trainer in an International Intensive Training in Sweden, where she fully took on the role of a lead trainer and delivered one of the programme's sessions. For two years, she also co-facilitated the online experience Extraordinary Relationships, together with Ian Peatey.

After four years of running NVC programmes in a conventional form, Ștefana is now focused on integrating this approach into people's lives through PLAY. Her intention is to bring more gentleness, empathy and compassion into human relationships, so that people enjoy more closeness, harmony and ease in their interactions.
