NVC Trainer Development

5 month Practical Programme for those sharing NVC

Starts 8th October 20022

”Spreading NVC. The knife, bread, and butter of a trainer’s work in changing its world” 

This is a 5-months journey in the self-development needed to offer the gift of nonviolent communication. At the end of the program, you should be equipped with the tools and skills in order to confidently share NVC with groups of people. 

The course starts on the 8th of October 2022, is offered in the English language, and is limited to a maximum of 12 international participants. 

The highlight of the course is that you will offer a workshop at a live, online festival at the end of February 2023

The program is aimed to support anyone sharing NVC and will be of special interest to you if you are considering becoming a Certified NVC Trainer  

Full participation in the program is equivalent to X days of training with a certified trainer. 

Please note: you will not be taught NVC as we are assuming you are already proficient.

Who you are

You are already familiar with Nonviolent Communication and have made progress in integrating it in your life. You will have had at least 10 days training with Certified NVC trainers. You either want to start sharing NVC with groups or are already doing so and wish to enhance your skills and confidence. 

You are comfortable working in English language.

Workshops

Kick off and community building

To start our journey we will get to know each other, our hopes for the programme and our vision for how we will use the course. (1 day online)

Training Design

Structuring a programme and creating activities that maximise learning (2×1/2 day online)

Building Skills and Confidence

You will learn and practice the core skills of leading a learning event with clarity and confidence. We will use video recording and playback to make sure you get high quality feedback in a safe environment (3.5 days in person)

Promoting Your work and Getting Paid

Learn and apply basic marketing approaches using social media and ads. Explore your personal blocks to receiving money so that you can confidently ask for money for your work. 

Festival

You will present a workshop (online) at a festival of NVC Learning and receive a small fee for this. You will then review and celebrate progress and set your intentions for the coming years. 

Learning Buddy

Throughout the programme you will meet with another participant to support each other build skills and confidence through sharing and empathy

Coaching/Mentoring

You will get 3 individual meetings with one of the trainers to help you work on your own challenges and goals. You will have an option of extra meetings for an additional fee. 

Weekly materials: Every week you will receive an exercise together with a short video or article to help you explore a specific topic. You will be encouraged to focus on this topic:

Externally: by trying it out in different situations.

Internally: by tracking your progress, challenges and insights with a journal.

Online Modules:

All online modules will be on Zoom and you will need a reliable internet connection and a laptop/tablet with camera. Headphones will help. 

In Person Module:
