ABOUT IAN

For more than two decades, Ian has supported teams and organisations to navigate difficult conversations with more clarity, empathy and courage, as well as those who want to deepen their NVC and become CNVC Certified Trainers.

He combines a deep practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), executive coaching experience and a practical, authentic approach that makes complex human interactions surprisingly simple.

Ian studied directly with Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication, and has been a CNVC Certified Trainer since 2008.
