Raluca Sadula

She learned to discover joy and calm in the small things in life – her son's smile when he wakes up, a coffee with a friend in the middle of a working day, a quiet evening looking at the sky, a warm handshake – after spending a period of time in a competitive, rigid environment which, on the one hand, gave her stability and, on the other, cost her some of her vitality, openness and curiosity towards herself and those around her.

In her search to befriend herself, she came to Nonviolent Communication, which has supported her every day in this exploration since 2017 and in which she found one of the aspirations that guides her – “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.” Rumi

She is currently a recommended Nonviolent Communication trainer, a psychotherapist in training in play therapy and dramatherapy, transactional analysis and Somatic Experiencing, and she facilitates support groups for parents, exploration groups for adults through play therapy, “Circle of Security” parenting groups and individual personal development counselling sessions. Beyond her professional roles, Raluca believes in a holistic approach centred on the humanity of the person in front of her. She wants to support as many people as possible on their path to finding ways to live life with vitality and authenticity, and to help them keep the trust and hope that it is never too late to build bridges to ourselves.
