Challenging Conversations
with Ourselves and Others
An NVC Dance Floors Event
March 27–28, 2026, Bucharest

A chance to experience the transformative potential of the NVC Dance Floors, guided by one of their creators, Gina Lawrie.
Over two rich, embodied days, Gina will lead you through this unique blend of physical expression and Nonviolent Communication, opening the door to more confidence, clarity, and connection in challenging conversations — both with yourself and with others.
Topics
During these two days, we will explore three powerful and transformative NVC Dance Floors:
Anger, Guilt, Shame & Depression
Learn how to navigate and transform these intense emotions, discovering the unmet needs and life energy underneath them.
Educator & Chooser
A compassionate way to mourn, learn, and grow when you’re not satisfied with your actions — and to move from self-judgment to self-responsibility.
Inner–Outer Dance: Fluency
Practice staying connected to yourself while also staying present with others during challenging dialogue.
You’ll be supported to integrate learning at the level of body, mind, and heart — not just understanding NVC, but embodying it.

What are the NVC Dance Floors?
The NVC Dance Floors are an experiential learning method that brings the principles of Nonviolent Communication into the body. Instead of only talking about feelings, needs, and choices, you step into them — literally.
Using large floor maps, movement, and guided reflection, the Dance Floors help you:
- understand emotional processes in a clear, visual and embodied way
- stay present in moments of inner conflict or emotional charge
- move from reactivity to conscious choice
- integrate NVC not just as a concept, but as a lived experience
Participants often say the Dance Floors make NVC feel more natural, intuitive, and easier to access — especially in moments that usually feel overwhelming.
Who is this for?
This event is for you if you are:
- an NVC facilitator or part of the NVC community
- an NVC practitioner curious about how movement and imagery can deepen your practice
- a certification candidate wanting to strengthen your skills through in-person learning
- a coach, therapist, trainer, educator, or group facilitator
- or simply someone who wants to handle difficult conversations with more clarity, compassion, and confidence
No previous experience with Dance Floors is needed — just curiosity and willingness to explore.
